PATIENT BILLING & FEES

Horizon Anesthesia offers you and your patients a simple payment structure. Our fee schedule and billing process have been developed to minimize involvement from your administrative staff.

Horizon Anesthesia does not accept insurance or bill insurance carriers directly, nor do we accept Medicaid or Medicare. We are happy to assist patients in obtaining the maximum reimbursement allowed by their insurance carrier, if applicable. Horizon Anesthesia will mail an insurance reimbursement form to the patient or the patient’s designee within 30 days of the anesthetic. This form is then submitted by the patient or patient’s designee to the insurance carrier.

At Horizon Anesthesia, our goal is to provide you with quality anesthesia services while minimizing the involvement of your office resources. Beyond supplying billing information for deposits and final payments, please direct all patient payment and billing inquires to us.
