For pediatric patients, Horizon Anesthesia often utilizes inhalation anesthetic agents to make the procedure more pleasant for the child and more manageable for you. This approach prevents the child from experiencing needles while awake. Our pediatric anesthesiologists have been specially trained to work with children and have years of experience treating young children ranging from premature infants to adolescents. Our team is dedicated to adapting anesthesia methods to the developmental ages of children to provide a safe and non-threatening anesthetic. All of our anesthesiologists are certified in adult and pediatric Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
